Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DKN Entertainment Services LLC, doing business as Empower Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses and protects your information when you respond to our ads, fill in one of our forms, visit our booking pages, book an appointment or receive messages from us.

Information we collect

• Details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, the treatment area or goals you tell us about, and your appointment details.
• Lead form details from Facebook and Instagram: when you submit one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the details you submitted with us.
• Payment details: payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or Square). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Website and device data: when you visit our pages we and our partners collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the ad that brought you to us, using cookies and similar technology, including the Meta Pixel.

How we use your information

• To book, confirm, remind you about and manage your appointments.
• To contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry, appointment and, if you agreed, our offers.
• To take payment for services you book.
• To measure and improve our advertising, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in them.
• To run and protect our business and meet our legal obligations.

Advertising and Meta

We use Meta’s advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. When you submit a form, visit our pages or book an appointment, we may share event information (for example, “booked an appointment”) together with your contact details in a hashed (scrambled) form with Meta so it can measure how our ads perform. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.

Text messages

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. See our Terms & SMS Terms for details.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business and who may use it only for that purpose, such as:

• our booking and customer-management system (HighLevel / LeadConnector) and calendar provider, and Vagaro;
• our payment processors;
• our text-message and email delivery providers;
• our marketing agency, Sculpt Scaling, which manages our ads, booking system and payments for introductory visits on our behalf; and
• advertising platforms such as Meta, as described above.

We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public. We do not sell your personal information.

Health information

Our booking forms only ask for contact details and the area you’d like to focus on. Please don’t send us medical records through our forms or by text. Anything you choose to tell us about your health is used only to plan your treatment safely.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business records and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Contact us to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it.

Children

Our services and pages are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
