Terms & SMS Terms

These terms apply when you use our booking pages, book or attend an appointment, or sign up for text messages from DKN Entertainment Services LLC, doing business as Empower Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking with us you agree to them.
Our services
We provide non-surgical cosmetic body contouring and skin tightening services, including ultrasonic cavitation, infrared (Liposcope Light) and radiofrequency (Thermalift RF) treatments. These services are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from your doctor. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Please tell us before your treatment if you are pregnant or nursing, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have metal implants near the treatment area, or have any medical condition, and check with your doctor first. We may decline or adjust treatment if we believe it isn’t right for you.
Introductory offers
- Introductory prices (such as $89 first visits) are for new clients only, one per person, while spots last.
- What each offer includes is described on the ad and booking page for that offer.
- For introductory visits you pay $49 when you book to reserve your appointment, collected by our marketing agency Sculpt Scaling on our behalf. The remaining balance is paid at your visit.
- There is no obligation to buy anything after your introductory visit.
- We may change or end an offer at any time; this won’t affect visits already booked and paid.
Booking, payment and rescheduling
- Your appointment is confirmed once it is booked and paid.
- Need to reschedule? Text us at (978) 219-7090 at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll find you a new time.
- If you miss your appointment without letting us know, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your introductory payment may not be refundable.
- Prices and packages beyond the introductory offer are discussed at your visit before you buy anything.
SMS Terms (text messages)
Program: Empower Aesthetics appointment and offer texts.
What you’ll receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiry, follow-ups about booking your visit and, if you agreed, occasional offers.
How you sign up: by giving us your mobile number and ticking the (unticked) consent box on our website form, which covers messages about your request, your appointment, this promotion and occasional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase: to book without it, call us at (978) 219-7090.
Message frequency varies (for example, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and occasional offers). Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. For help: reply HELP, or contact us at (978) 219-7090 or [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing; see our Privacy Policy.
Results and photos
Results differ from person to person and depend on factors such as your body, lifestyle and the number of sessions you have. Before-and-after photos in our ads show real clients and are used with their permission.
Facebook and Instagram
Our pages are not part of the Facebook or Instagram websites and are not endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our pages or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, where our services are provided, and, where they apply, the laws of the State of Connecticut, where DKN Entertainment Services LLC is registered. We may update them from time to time; the effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
